Hi, I’m Jen — a yoga and embodiment guide who weaves movement, breath, and ritual into practices that help women feel grounded, connected, and inspired.
After years of navigating burnout and the pressure to constantly “do more,” I found my way back to myself through intentional movement, seasonal rhythms, and everyday sacred practices. Now I share those tools through yoga classes, retreats, and offerings that support mindful living and creative expansion.
